i have the usb cord but it doesn't reconize it with out the cd which i don't have that came with it so i down loaded the program to allow the usb cable to my computer in order for the computer to reconize it but i can't get the download to tranfer on to phone in order to use it. same with the sync software i can't get it into my phone either also other downloads wont download my phone is a samsung so how do i go about this please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be descriptive please i have been tring for days!!!
