How to get smooth stools regularly

I have the perfect solution! It works like a charm! Not to be graphic but my stools have never been more perfect than when I have a protein shake. Here is my recipe.

Half a cup of organic milk, a cup of ice, 2 to 3 tablespoons of Vanilla low fat yogurt, half a cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon of Oatmeal, 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed and 1 Tablespoon of whey. Mix up in a Blender and you have a delicious smoothie full of fiber.

I can promise you I have never felt better and had smooth stools. It has eliminated my IBS problem on the days I have those shakes.

what kind of fiber one cereal do you eat? and how does it taste?

also, TEdds -- do you happen to know how many calories/fiber your smoothie has? and can I get flaxseed and whey at the grocery store or do I need to go somewhere else?
