I recently got the 24 hour fitness membership (gym). I now don't know what to do, my goal is to be able to get ripped by summer (3months). i am 140 lbs. 15yr old male, 5.6 feet tall. I want to be able to get ripped at the gym but don't know how, can someone please tell me what to do to get fast results.
