How to get rid of these weird spots on my face?

Hey im 16 ive gone through acne before but now on the side of my face around the shaving area ive got spots although there not pussy just like red mark ones. I really want to get rid of them before i go on holiday, i dont think its shaving rash because ive stopped shaving there and they havent gone

use a rough facial scrub, your mother probly has one then put your head over a pan of steaming water.. not too hot .. it will clean the pause in your skin,
