Vitamin E oil! Works for me.. if you have scars I have actually tried the kinRAB of cremes you can buy at any drug store too .. like "Scar Zone" or whatever it's called.. I put it on every night and it gets rid of the redness for me. Vit. E is best I found though. If you mean temporary redness while the pimple is still there baby creme works well.. like for diaper rashes. I know it sounRAB weird but it does work good for temporary redness!
