how to get rid of the cloud in my 32ltr fish tank?

I have 4 fish in it i cleaned it out at weekend and put fish back filter is working but the cloud has now come back. How do I get rid of it why is it there and can it do wrong to my fish. I have put fish in spare tank til I sort this out.
 
get a box filter and Charcoal,filter wool should only cost £5 ish that will do the job
 
maybe over feeding your fish or not cleaning the gravel very well

Time will clear the cloudiness. By cleaning out the aquarium you removed all the beneficial bacteria. In the future never perform such a drastic water change. Even a change as much as 50% should be reserved for emergencies.

To clean an aquarium you should only be performing weekly 25% water changes. It is not necessary to remove fish while cleaning, as it places more stress on them.
