How to get rid of the "Call from ___________" or "Message from

_____________" on verizon wireless phones? Whenever i get a call or text message i hear this voice from my phone that says "call from ________" then even mispronounces the names. o_0 then it goes to the ringtone. how do i get rid of that? i had it on my old verizon phone too. i currently have the LG dare
 
call your voicemail, get to the main menu, and setup a PERSONAL GREETING.

Like "Hi this is _______, im not here, blahblahblah"
