I am overweight but now I am finally eating healthier and exercising. How can I "tone" my arms so there won't be extra flabby skin as I lose weight? How often should I do it? Thanks
And also how long does it take to get rid of really flabby arms? Please be thorough/detailed, I am a newbie lol. Controlling my diet and making diet changes was easy. Fitness/strength training for me is not.
