How to get rid of dry, flaky skin on my face?

I'm on acne medication, because I started getting breakouts when I never got one in all the 17 years I've been living. So, the dermatologist has me on an acne wash, and acne cream at night, and cetaphil, and another acne cream in the morning. This is dried out my face, as you can imagine. I used Clinique 7-day scrub, and it seemed to help a little.

Any ideas how to get my face to be smooth as it was?

I also use Clinique Moisturizing Lotion in the morning, and it doesn't seem to be working at all..
 
Use Simple's Range of products, like face toner at night, and moisturizer in the mornings. Its takes a while for the skin to become fresh again, but i had bad breakouts, but there all gone now, with my face back to its smooth self, lol, you could try normal face cream, but it won't have the same effect. Good luck xx
