How to get permission to use a song from the band Atreyu?

[No Pun Intended]

We want to use "Bleeding is a Luxury" by Atreyu in a video project in school and am not sure how to get the rights to use it bacause this will be posted on the internet. We will need these rights, there is no question about that but the best person to contact is what we need.
