How to get out of a Rogers cell phone 3yr contract (best answer)?

I signed a rogers 3 year contract about 2-3 mouths. i got a sony xperla x10 and it sucks *** lol. i hate this phone ALOT... so i want out of the 3yr contract....

i was also thinking if i break the phone 3-4 times i can say i dont want a phone that keeps breaking on me,
some1 plz help me lol
