How to get new phone before tmobile contract is up?

I have a samsung highlight and I've had it for about a year but now I really want a blackberry 8520. My two year contract is only half over and Im not eligible for an upgrade. I really want this phone! I've tried amazon and eBay but they're super expensive without a contract! I want this phone but for cheaper! Where and how can I buy this phone for cheap without a contract? Please help:)
I have a two year contract not a one year contract! And I think you can only upgrade after most of the two years is up!?
 
T-mobile changed their policy and you can get a new phone on a yearly basis instead of every two years. You will have to sign a new two year service contract and BlackBerry requires a data plan.
