in your name its your car can go pick it up drive a way he wont give it just cal cops to go with you can cal dmv and or insure company to cancel
can leave a message talk or walk leave a note let him know your coming or your reporting it stolen can cancel anytime you insurance and tags but you have to sign tittle if you want him to have it best you talk with a cop or a lawyer
 
My soon to be ex-husband has a vehicle in my name, I have insurance on it and he has no license when we split he took the car, well ive been trying to reach him to get my tags and sign the vehicle over, but he will not return my phone calls and refuses to talk to me. I have no idea where he is staying. Without getting him in trouble how can I get around getting the vehicle into my possesion untill i can sign the car over?
