How to get more energy?

I googled thyroid weakness and its an interesting problem. Both too much and too little thyroid cause fatigue and other issues.

Obviously you have a doctor that is taking care of the thyroid issue itself.

Generally physical activity in the morning gives a person a little more energy throughout the day.

B vitamins are the most important nutritional supplement for energy, but you need all of them. Best to take a good B supplement.
