how to get money back for anti-virus spam ?

I downloaded it and found it's a fake anti-virus software. Their phone can't be reached.

I called my Credit card co, they said i can't get the money back since I downloaded the software and can't be treated as a dispute case.

I just feel very bad for the $80 i paid. Is there anyway i can get the money back ? Thanks.
 
You would have a better chance at receiving an audience with god!
As to getting your money back.
