How to get mii's to mingle on wii?

I've read past questions about this. Ive connected to the internet and it sasy Connection 1- Wireless. Ive also gone into wiichannel24 (something like that) and iv'e accpeted the conditions. My mii has got mingle when i created it (and i double checked) and travel is on. Everytime i go to the mii parade it says it looks like no body is here. but at the plaza it has all my mii's on the screen that are stored on my wii


Also reading someones response, they said.


To my knowledge the only way you can travel miis is to send them to other wiis. Me and my brother do it all the time where if we create a new Mii then i will send it to him, but to do this you have to know the other Wii serial number that you want to send it to. i dont think they will just appear they have to be sent by friends.


How do you do that and no other wii's serial numbers?

The only way I've gotten Miis in my parade is the people I've played Mario Kart Wii & SSBB online with. I have a couple of thousand now. ^_^

The ppl on my Wii Friends list send me Miis, but they go to the general Mii area, not the parade. Same thing with Miis from Check Mii Out Channel. But you can now send Miis to the parade by request too, just drag them over to the parade icon.

Codes you have to get them from the person directly.
