how to get into a cell phone voice mail inbox that's full from another cellphone?

right now I have a replacement phone while i'm waiting for my cellphone to get fixed people told me to dial the cell phone number wait for the greeting and press pound (#) and put my voice mail password but there is no greeting because my inbox is full is there another way and how??
