how to get internet on nokia 6303 classic mobile phone?

i have internet at home on the computer but i also want it on my phone like without charging me... i can get it on the nokia n95 easily all i have to do is go to the globe and enter in that code thing ... but its not the same like that on my phone and if i go on the globe it keeps saying 'packet data connection not available' :S what does that mean ... how do i get internet on this phone using the same internet i got on the computer.

p.s i dont have a cable to connect to the pc what i usually do is bluetooth the song or whatever i want.
