How to get in the zone for sport?

I have finals day in my tennis match tomorrow. and i really want to know how to 'get in the zone' ive just been playing against a wall for like 4 hours and im totally in the zone and im buzzing, but tomorrow my first match is at 9:00am and my last is at like 4:00 pm and i cant really get up a 5am to hit against a wall and wake everyone up.

If you have any ideas on how i can reach this mentality i need to be in, please answer

I quick warm up then while stretching visualize yourself playing very well. Visualization is a great way to get your head in the game and there was even a study done where athletes visualized instead of practicing and the other half practiced and didn't visualize...the ones who visualized played better than the ones that practiced. Not that you shouldn't practice but visualization really works to improve performance.
