How to get her to talk to me? ts driving me mad?

She used to be my best friend for years, I loved her more than a friend but could never tell her it. We then grew apart and years passed and she had a boyfriend then broke up, then I told her it. She talked to me for awhile after but now it feels like shes completely avoiding me..Won't answer my texts, I keep trying..I noticed she didnt talk as much, so I tried saying forget what I said, and sorry..but then it got worse..I even called one time to have her cousin answer and say she left her phone in her house the night before? doesn't sound true to me? Not only this but shes not the only one ignoring me, i've like 40 girls in my phone and only about 5 will talk, why? I don't know. but shes the only 1 I care about it hurts the most
