How to get giant kings mask in the xbox arcade game Raskulls?

I got the game Raskulls for xbox arcade and i got the first avatar item, the shirt, but liie many other people i cannot wear it. However, i beat every single challenge (even have the achievement to prove it) and no Kings Mask.

Is there a secret level i'm missing or does anyone know whT level it is so i can go and try beating it again? Has this happened to anyone else?
