How to get genital herpes at 14 without having sex?

i think i have genital herpes. i am 14 and have not had sex and Only have had hand and hooked up a few times . there are pimple like things no pus not red...more like lil bumps underneath my penis and on my balls is this herpes? but im fair sure iv had it since i was like 11 and i hadn't even kissed a girl at that age? i got the worst luck
