how to get football trials?

my cousin is wondering how would he be able to get a football trial for a club anywhere in europe? he went travelling to asia last year and watched lots of football there and was wondering if anyone from asia would be able to get him a football trial, anyone from asia or europe that's outside uk with information please let me know. thank you
 
He would either get scouted (if he's any good) but usually if you send the Club an email they will ignore it (unless it's a non-league club then they will probs give him a trial)
