Hey guys, I'm 15 years old (and 2 months) and I play soccer. The main problem I'm having right now is that I'm not as fast as I would like to be. My acceleration is pretty decent because every time I race someone for the ball I'm always ahead of them on that first step, however they always catch up to me and beat me. So obviously I think that I need to increase my maximum speed (I also feel like my feet are not moving fast enough; i.e.:stride frequency). So my question to is: what exercises or drills should I use to increase my acceleration, maximum speed, and stride frequency/ stride length?
