How to get Ellen Degeneras show tickets?

I'm trying to get tickets to the Ellen Degeneras show and when I go to the ticket page of the site it says to click on the month and date that i want to request tickets for and to fill out the request form. But when i click on the month and then the date, nothing happens. Is there a specific date that tickets become available for request or what? It's frustrating because everything I read says that "all you have to do is click on the day you want and fill out the request form." I'm dying to see this damn request form but it doesn't give me the form when I click on the date!
