How to get downloaded/purchased games off itunes and on to flash drive?

I know how to get songs off itunes and copied over to a flash drive, but how do i get applications and more importantly games? My gf has an ipod touch and i have some games on my itunes that she wants so how would i do this? Thanks in advance.

they should be in a floder called iTunes wherever your music is stored...like in the My Music folder
but it wont allow you to transfer them or put them on another ipod unless that ipod is registered to your computer
the apps are protected
