How to get computer help in MD, cheap?

I am trying to install Mac OS 9 from a torrent to use with Sheepsaver on my Intel MacBook with OSX. I am trying to play the game American McGee's Alice--when I try to open it in OSX, it just makes a sputtering, static noise, so I decided to try to emulate OS 9. I'm new to Macs though, and I'm lost, especially since I'm trying to use OS 9 from a torrent.

Is there any company, service, or hotline that can help me in the Baltimore, MD area?
