Seems that lately I have been finding many good businesses that are coming on to the market or are likely to be sold at the right price. Also I have found quite a lot of real estate and some interesting vehicles that are a potential opportunity for someone to buy. I see these often and would like to get in as a broker, an agent or just sell an option on these ventures. Question is how do I go about getting a client base of people willing to use my services to do this?
