I do CoD gameplay videos recorded from a capture card in SD, they look alright when i play them on the computer (i render them with sony Vegas) but as soon as i put them on youtube they are all grainy and bad. They also take ages to upload as the AVI files are huge. What formats/render settings can i use to change this?
