How to get back in the swing of things? Motivation?!?

I used to live a healthy life style. I used to get up and go running, do intense cardio boxing work outs, and yoga. I used to eat really healthy too. But I've gone from waking up early, to sleeping in and then going to the couch. From having oatmeal and fruit for breakfast to a plate of waffles with butter and syrup. I think my new job may play a part in it cause I work for 9 hours and I'm on my feet the whole time. But I really want to get back into being healthy again. How can I get myself motivated to start over again? All I can seem to think is "ugh I'll just rest I have to work 9 hours tomorrow" or "I'm exhausted from working all day" Help!
