How to get Adobe Flash Player inatalled on my laptop?

I tried downloading it, but it says that its not supported for playback on a 64-bit browser, and that it can run on a 32-bit browser that is running on a 64-bit operating system. Any simple, quick fixes for this? (And preferably free too) Is there any sites I can use to try and download it?
