How to get access to airport lounges?

Hello and thanks for your time.

I am a bit new to all these and confused.. How do you get access to airport lounges. Is it possible to enter any of them if you pay them or make a booking only for lounge(without even flying with that airlines). Is there any easy way to get access to any lounge you want in a airport?

Some are only for first and business class passengers.
Otherwise they have extra costs
