How to get a verizon assistant to live chat with you online?

Okay, so I have some questions for Verizon. I am on the website, but a live chat box won't pop up. They always do. I tried pretending to go in and pick a phone. I waited forever, and it didn't pop up. Is there a link or something I could do to get it to pop up?

I just always keep trying to "act like" i'm buying a phone and sometimes they'll pop up. Good luck.
