how to get a subpoena from court to have other companies release info to you?

i want to take this guy to court for stealing my money but all i have is his first middle and last name and his cell phone number and everytime i call some place that has a papertrail from our transaction they say they cant unless ordered from a court.

how do i get the court to order info?
