I am a resident of punjab.My deceased grand father was mentally unstable during his last days.My uncle tried to sell his property .He along with my grand father went to register the sale deed but on ground of my grand pa's mental state , the tehsildar refused to register the sale deed. Now the other party has filed a suit against us demanding the registration of sale deed. They are saying that they have never gone to the tehsil for registration of sale deed. We want to prove that they have paid the fees for the registration and got the refusal. From where can we get the details of fees paid?
