How to get a restraining order in Chicago IL?

So I have this "friend" who is really annoying and just wants to follow me everywhere. She can be really mean and obsessive. I've tried telling her that I don't want to be her friend but she is too clingy. It's very annoying and I wish she would stop. No matter how much I tell her to go away, she resists. I'm 14 years old and this isn't an exaggeration. Is there any way I can use the law or any other tool to get her to back off
