In April I switched from expressvu to rogers.
Because of their billing dates I overpaid bell about $25.
Since then I have
Talked to the billing people four times and each time told the cheque was on the way. Needless to say I never got the refund.
I sent a request via their web site and only received an automatic notice that I would hear from them within 3 business days. I never got a reply.
I wrote to their customer service and after 3 weeks I have not received a reply.
Does express vu simply refuse to refund money? They acknowledge that they owe me the money.
I don't know what to do next.
I could write the ceo if I had an address and name but can't find them.
Has anyone else had this run-around? Any suggestions?
Thanks.
