how to get a new stereo system in my car?

I have a 97 jeep cherokee. i want and need a new stero system. i dont want anything thats huge thats gonna cost like 200 bucks. i just want to know what things i need and what brands to get and like what to do. plese help
 
Not sure if this is a serious question or some ones idea of a Joke.

200$ won't get you a system it will get you a Decent CD Receiver... Unless When you purchased it it came with Free install then you would have to pay for it. Which is about 60$ now a days.
