How to get a net set fishing job?

Hi, I'm looking for a job in a boat. I have no experience but i really wanna try it. I know it is hard but I'm a really hardworking guy. I do not taking drugs, do not smoke and drink.

Person who will hire me won't regret!
Can someone suggest me what to do or hot to get this job.
