How to get a low score on your stress test?

Hi fellas!

I'm going to take a treadmill stress test tomorrow. For someone who doesn't know what this is, it goes like this: you are running on a treadmill starting from the easiest level. Then after every 5 minutes or so the doctor increases the speed and monitors your blood pressure and a number of other figures.

Now I have a very good reason to get the score as low as possible.
So I am looking for a way to temporarily destroy my stamina and strength.

Here's what I've got so far:
1) no sleeping before the test
2) no eating before the test
3) smoke a pack of the strongest cigarettes i can get my hands on.
4) run 5km to the sports club to take the test.

Any other ideas?
I am open to pretty much anything, because this is literally a matter of life and death, considering my future.
