I have been searching online and cant quite seem to find a set of guidelines about the topic.
Basically what im wondering if how does one go about getting working serving subpoenas?
If it matters i live in British Columbia
Ive have heard most law firms with work with a company to serve them...does anyone know of any of these places?
Any links on the subject or training/educations would be most appreciated.
