How to get a good GCSE art grade?

im doing art gcse and im in year 11 now
i really need to get a b to go to college and do art and graphics at the particular college i want to go to
does anyone have any tips to get some points because my teacher is really no help at all, i spend ages on my work but i really need the B at least

Well, I got a B in my gcse. Take time with your things, do as much work as possible but keep the quality. I had A* standard drawings but not alot of them because I took so much time and precision on them, therefore came out with a B which is still good. My old teacher said to me "it's better to have a few good quality pieces than a pile of pants"
