Is it over the phone (what is the best number to call) or in-store?
I called today with my contract in hand... the CS rep stated he didn't have the contract because only the store where you made your phone purchase has a copy. I was in the store 3 days ago (after they made me call and spend over 16 minutes on the phone which got me no where as the CS rep stated he couldn't find the contract number, NOD, NAG, etc.). Finally the in-store rep called and I thought that she rectified the situation-- I haven't had caller ID or voice mail since December (which my basic corporate plan covers).
The CS rep today informed me that I'm being charged an additional $10 a month for the caller ID and voice mail because it isn't included in my corporate plan (I did not consent to these charges and were not notified about them until today). However, my copy of the contact agreement states that they are valid features. The rep on the phone was telling me what features I have-- which are not the features on the contract. I have about one year left (of a 3 year contract) and am ready to get out of the contract-- and not wanting to give Bell a $180 cancellation fee. The rep over the phone asked for me to fax him my contract.
Is there a breach of contract here somewhere?
Please HELP!
