How to get a broken unactivated Verizon phone fixed?

Hi. I have an LG Voyager and the top part where the screen flips up has the hinge off. The screen still works but I dont use it anymore due to upgrade. I am looking to reactivate it or sell it but I want to get the phone fixed. Will Verizon do this for me? I just am looking to get it fixed. And at the moment I dont pay for insurance every month for my phone. Thanks
