how to get 99 fishing on runescape?

i have 72 fishing and willing to spend 2mill please telll me how long and how many fish i need to catch and i am looking for fastest xp not money atm

Btw Best answers gets the maxium amount of stars or wat eva they are
 
well my brother does this
member: barbarian fish swoard fish and tuna in catherby place then cook and put in ur bank or drop if u really wanna anyways its free
non member: buys lots of bait as its real cheap and calculates how much is needed for 99
