I want to exercise to get prepared for next year because I'm going to play Soccer for my school. So I want to gain some muscle strength and a muscular chest, like you know I want to get a little buff. The thing is, I can't do push ups because last 2 months ago I broke my left wrist and it still hurts up if I try doing a push up, or if I try lifting something heavy. So how should I exercise in a case like this? Also I just weigh 140 lbs and I'm 6ft 2inches.
