How to forward ports through a 2-in-1 modem and router AND a normal wireless router?

I have a Netgear 2-in-1 router and a wireless Apple Airport Express which I use to connect to the internet. I have been trying to forward ports to my PS3 and Xbox but I just can't open my NAT whatever I do. How do I forward the ports if i have a 2-in-1 router and wireless router?
