How To Format Nokia Mob. Phones?

i want to format Nokia Mob. Phones (Any Type).
so hw it will be possible,
n plz dnt tel *#7370# or *#7780# or
switch off mob. press n hold *+calling key+3 n then switch it on.
so all these works as to reset setting....because of these it doesnt gets formatted fully.
i want to format like wht Mobile Shopkeepers does,they formats it online....wht we say it FLASH.
so fr tht any Software or any Trick available or anyone of u hv tried it before.
if YES....plzzz........
