How to format Nokia 5630?

I have a Nokia 5630...Can any one tell me how to format the phone memory...(i have tried *#7370# )any better method...

There are some other files in my phone memory are these viruses?If not what r they? These are the files:
R1_Mobile_4_0.cfg
archive_mobile.txt
plugins_archive.txt
