so chile verde is not really my specialty... it seemed so easy but when i made my green salsa it came out bitter...
i boiled and blended green serrano chilies, green tomatios with salt and a bit of garlic. The finished project texture was good spice was good but then you can still taste the bitter almost dirt like taste of the bland bitter tomatios behind it all.
is there a way to mask this taste and make this salsa taste great with out throwing it out and starting over by just adding some kind of ingredients or spices. some one please help any input would be great or even a great green salsa recipe!
